Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and office roles.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely manpower availability.
- Drive onboarding and induction programs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Promote a positive, transparent, and motivated workplace culture.
3. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, etc.).
- Maintain employee records and statutory registers.
- Liaise with government bodies and auditors.
4. Performance Management
- Drive performance appraisal processes (KPI/KRA-based).
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions.
- Support productivity and efficiency improvement.
5. Training & Development
- Conduct training needs analysis for workforce and staff.
- Organize skill development, safety, and leadership programs.
- Build career growth and succession planning frameworks.
6. Health, Safety & Work Environment
- Implement workplace health and safety policies.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
- Promote employee wellness and safe working conditions.
7. HR Systems & Policies
- Develop and update HR policies in line with business goals.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and HRMS systems.
- Drive digital HR transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA / PGDM in HR Management (or equivalent).
- Minimum 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
