Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, attendance, and compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, support employee development, and plan career progression initiatives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: drafting job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Advise and guide managers and employees on HR issues, mediating disputes and resolving employee concerns when necessary.
- Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM or PHR preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for payroll, attendance, and employee management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a growing organization.
- Exposure to employee engagement programs and change management processes.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits benchmarking and planning.
