HR Manager

Overview

My client is looking for an experienced senior HR Manager to work for a contractor to work on the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic chance for the right candidate to further their career in the Middle East and build on there career.

The candidate must have 5 years experience working for a construction company. Good working knowledge of Visa process's. MUST have experience of starting up and restructuring HR. The candidate Must be Arabic speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives for startup and restructuring projects within a construction environment.
• Manage and oversee visa processes and related compliance for expatriate and local personnel.
• Provide strategic HR support to ensure alignment with project goals in the Eastern Province.
• Collaborate with local teams to implement HR policies and practices that meet regulatory and business needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working for a construction company.
• Good working knowledge of visa processes.
• Experience in starting up and restructuring HR functions.
• Arabic speaking required.
