About the Role:

The Senior HR Supervisor is responsible of overseeing and ensuring the efficient coordination and follow-up with the HR activities to achieve business objectives.

Activities:

• Ensure to coordinate, finalize and assist in all aspects of Personnel in a proficient and timely manner to fulfil divisional HR commitments.
• Implementing related Personnel Policies and Procedures.
• Coordinating with HR representatives in all Bakery plants and provide support when needed.
• Ensure to complete accurate payroll documentation.
• Finalizing and following up on leave requests procedures for all employees in the division.
• Arranging flight tickets and send them to employees across the division.
• Following up with government relations department in regards to renewing residency cards, issuing visas and all required services.
• Finalizing termination documents with coordination with concerned personnel across the division.

Requirement :

The potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and administration.
• Good communication and written English skills.
• Knowledge in labor law.
• Familiarity with local and labor laws.
• Analytical & highly proficient in reports.
