Senior HR Business Partner (Manager level)

One of the leading MNCs is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner (Manager level) to drive HR operations while partnering with senior leadership on talent management, succession planning, and learning & development. This is a hands-on role for someone resilient, people-focused, and confident working closely with senior stakeholders.


What You Will Do

  • Drive HR operations and ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day HR services.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
  • Oversee HR compliance, policies, and administration in line with Saudi labor law.
  • Partner with senior leadership on talent management, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives.
  • Coach and develop HR team members to enhance performance and capability.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of overall HR experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven people management experience.
  • Strong background with hands-on experience across HR operations, payroll, employee relations, government administration, and HR administration.
  • Hands-on, resilient, and able to work closely with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Stable career track record in structured HR environments (MNCs or large family groups)
