Senior HR/GR Specialist

As an HR Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in delivering solutions across a range of HR functions. In this exciting role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all HR operational matters, guiding everything from the offer stage through to the full employment lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing 💼💻

• Advising on policies, procedures, and employee concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with business goals.
• Support the execution of all HR and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.
• Contribute to onboarding and offboarding efforts—create frameworks for educational sessions for new hires and feedback and exit interviews for terminated employees
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data, including NDAs, compensation, and employment contracts
• Support with employee confidential issues as they arise, providing feedback to the Group HR team wherever appropriate.

Experience

• 8 to 10 years' experience in HR operations.
• Good understanding of the principles of good HR practice
• Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and government relations.
• Good knowledge of Saudi government portals such as GOSI, Muqeem, QIWA etc.
