Floor Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to join our beauty retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales of the floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of beauty-advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the floor, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer inquiries and concerns
• Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences
• Train new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a professional and timely manner
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Sound knowledge of beauty products and industry trends
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
