WHAT'S THE ROLE?


We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to oversee the smooth delivery of goods into our warehouses, ensuring that all products are properly accounted for, stored securely, and dispatched efficiently to the designated venues. The role involves managing warehouse staff, ensuring a safe working environment, and supervising the handling of all logistics operations within the warehouse. Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the modular system and overseeing the movement of items to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?


  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with the team to provide materials in line with specific event requirements.
  • Read and interpret event floor plans to handle logistics effectively, ensuring proper arrangement of the build-up construction system (SYMA) within the warehouse.
  • Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring they are prepared at all times to provide DXB LIVE event products promptly.
  • Schedule and oversee the warehouse team’s activities, managing the flow and quality of work to maximise efficiency and minimise overtime.
  • Utilise the logistics system to track and manage warehouse operations.
  • Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyse productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention and process improvements.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of logistics rules and regulations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the GCC region.
  • Provide accurate item lists for each project, ensuring correct materials and products are available and organised.
  • Carry out all duties in line with quality standards, security protocols, and health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance at all times.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:


  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse role, with a focus on managing hourly employees and overseeing implementation processes, particularly within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
  • Proficiency with SCM+ or similar warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language is highly desirable.
