1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and post job advertisements
  • Screen resumes and applications
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Onboard new employees

2. Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Conduct investigations into complaints or grievances
  • Act as a mediator between employees and management

3. Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll and benefits programs
  • Benchmark salaries and benefits for competitiveness
  • Explain compensation policies to employees
  • Manage leave policies (sick leave, vacation, maternity/paternity)

4. Training & Development

  • Assess training needs and create development plans
  • Organize internal or external training programs
  • Monitor employee performance and track development progress

5. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems
  • Support goal setting and regular feedback cycles
  • Manage promotions, raises, and disciplinary actions

6. Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (local and national)
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and employee handbooks
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

7. HR Data & Reporting

  • Use HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to manage employee data
  • Generate HR reports (turnover rates, headcount, diversity metrics, etc.)
  • Analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making

8. Organizational Development

  • Support change management initiatives
  • Contribute to workforce planning and organizational design
  • Assist with succession planning and talent management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
