HR Manager

Head HR (Renewable Energy Sector)

Location: Aadalaj, Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire HR function for the company.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment across India for various roles and levels.
• Compliance & Statutory Management: Handle PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Payroll, and all statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and strategies aligned with organizational goals.  Oversee onboarding, induction, training, and employee development programs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a strong, motivated workforce.
• Advise management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in a core HR role.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll, and statutory compliances.
• Proven track record in pan-India hiring.
