Job Description:
The HR Manager looks after employee needs in the company. They handle hiring, training, payroll, policies, and ensure a good work environment. They act as a link between management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and hire the right people.
  • Manage employee records and payroll.
  • Plan training and development programs.
  • Handle employee concerns and solve workplace issues.
  • Make sure company policies and labor laws are followed.
  • Support management in creating a positive work culture.

Experience: 2-5 yrs

Salary : upto 25k ( depends on the interview)
