HR & Recruitment Specialist

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 3-4 Years in Recruitment & Payroll (FMCG Sector)


About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage our end-to-end human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing, ensuring a seamless HR experience aligned with company goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear and compelling job descriptions for various roles.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Coordinate candidate progression through interview rounds and facilitate onboarding processes until joining.
  • Conduct documentation, induction, and training sessions for new hires, explaining company policies effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster high morale and optimal performance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Oversee payroll processing from onboarding to exit, including payroll master data management and full & final settlements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment and payroll, within the FMCG sector.
  • Thorough understanding of HR-related laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
