About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage our end-to-end human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing, ensuring a seamless HR experience aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop clear and compelling job descriptions for various roles.

Manage the complete recruitment cycle: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

Coordinate candidate progression through interview rounds and facilitate onboarding processes until joining.

Conduct documentation, induction, and training sessions for new hires, explaining company policies effectively.

Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster high morale and optimal performance.

Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries.

Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Oversee payroll processing from onboarding to exit, including payroll master data management and full & final settlements.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Candidate Requirements:

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment and payroll, within the FMCG sector.

Thorough understanding of HR-related laws and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
