* Min.2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with managerial exposure.

* Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance frameworks.

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

* Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.

* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
