HR Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and support the company’s growth by managing people and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
• Conduct training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
• Handle grievance management and ensure a positive work culture.

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities and decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA / PG in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management (textile/manufacturing preferred).
