Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹65,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to implement HR strategies to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• we need only More than 3 years of experience in HR.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance management & performance reviews
• Oversee payroll, statutory compliances & HR policies
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
• Proven HR management experience
• Strong communication & leadership skills
