Job Title:** HR Manager

Department:** Human Resources

Reports To:** Head – HR / Director / General Manager

Job Purpose:**

To manage and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and the development of a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:**

1. Recruitment & Staffing**

* Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

* Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.

* Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.

* Maintain and update manpower planning in line with business needs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement**

* Maintain a healthy employee relations environment.

* Address grievances and disciplinary issues in line with company policies.

* Conduct employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.

* Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration.

3. Training & Development**

* Identify training needs through performance appraisals and feedback.

* Design and execute training calendars for skill and career development.

* Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.

4. Performance Management**

* Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.

* Guide managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and evaluation.

* Monitor performance outcomes and link with rewards and career progression.

5. Compensation & Benefits**

* Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.

* Administer salary structure, bonuses, and incentives.

* Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, LWF, etc.).

6. Policy & Compliance*

* Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

* Maintain all statutory registers, records, and audit requirements.

#### **7. HR Operations & MIS**

* Maintain accurate employee data and HR records.

* Generate HR dashboards and management reports (attrition, headcount, etc.).

* Drive HR automation and system efficiency through HRMS tools.

Key Skills & Competencies:-

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of **labor laws and HR policies**.

* Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

* Leadership and people management skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ERP, etc.).

Qualification & Experience:**

Education:** MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / MSW / Equivalent.

Experience:** 5–12 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

* Employee retention and engagement levels.

* Recruitment turnaround time.

* Training effectiveness and participation rate.

* Compliance and audit scores.

* Timely and accurate payroll and statutory submissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
