We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Rudra, Asansol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience (preferably in the automobile sector)
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and HR policies
