About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Facilitate structured onboarding and induction for new employees.

2. HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (Zoho).
• Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

• Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Conduct regular one-on-one discussions and feedback sessions.

4. Performance Management

• Coordinate monthly and annual performance reviews.
• Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
• Track and document performance appraisal data.

5. Policy & Compliance

• Draft, update, and circulate HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company rules, POSH policy, and code of conduct.
• Manage disciplinary actions and maintain confidentiality.

6. Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and organize workshops or training sessions.
• Support professional development and upskilling initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR management (preferably in the events, media, or marketing industry).
• Strong knowledge of HR software (Zoho People preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
