HR Manager

India

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, WC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour, Factories Act, Apprentices Act, and others.
  • Maintain statutory records, registers, and reports; handle inspections and audits.
  • Manage HR operations: attendance, payroll, employee records, F&F settlements.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  • Address employee grievances, maintain industrial relations, and organize welfare activities.
  • Conduct training and support skill development initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
