Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates.

· Design and conduct onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future organizational needs.

· Maintain a healthy, transparent, and inclusive workplace culture.

· Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflicts as per company policies.

· Plan and execute employee engagement, motivation.

· Identify training and development needs based on performance outcomes.

· Develop, review, and update HR policies and ensure consistent implementation.

· Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).

· Maintain necessary HR documentation and coordinate with auditors and legal authorities.

· Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.

· Design and execute training programs to enhance employee performance and professional growth.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.

· Supervise monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance, leave, and deductions.

· Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory payments.

· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

· Lead initiatives in manpower planning, succession planning, and talent retention.

· Contribute to strengthening company culture, employee satisfaction, and organizational growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
