Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.​
  • Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and talent management processes.​
  • Create and administer employee training and development programs.​
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and reward programs.​
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.​
  • Lead performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.​
  • Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.​
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and HRIS systems.​
  • Serve as a liaison between management and staff, promoting a productive and supportive workplace culture.​

Qualification

  • MBA-HR
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM) may be preferred.​
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
