Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, performance monitoring, and overall HR policy implementation. The person should ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and act as a bridge between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments (technical, sales, site, admin, etc.).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Conduct interviews, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth induction and onboarding process.
2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain attendance records for all staff and site teams.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for salary processing.
- Handle leaves, deductions, and overtime calculations.
- Maintain employee database and update records regularly.
3. Employee Relations & Communication
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment and team culture.
- Conduct regular meetings to ensure employee engagement and discipline.
- Handle conflict resolution professionally and discreetly.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and monitor HR policies as per company standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and HR audit readiness.
- Draft HR letters, memos, circulars, and notices as required.
5. Performance & Training
- Support management in setting KRAs and performance reviews.
- Identify skill gaps and arrange for employee training sessions.
- Maintain performance records and improvement reports.
- Support in planning reward and recognition programs.
6. Exit Formalities
- Manage resignations, clearance, and full & final settlements.
- Conduct exit interviews and record feedback for improvement.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR compliance
- Hands-on with MS Office & HRMS tools
- Problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Must be organized, proactive, and trustworthy
Education Qualification:
- MBA in HR / Post Graduate in Human Resource Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
