We are a dynamic young startup in the overseas recruitment industry, with our headquarters located in the UK. We are seeking an expert HR professional to join our team. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR practices and processes as we continue to expand our operations globally. Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions.Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, LWF, etc.Stay updated on changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments to HR policies and procedures accordingly.
Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing using payroll systems. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale within the organization. Organize team-building activities, training programs, and other events to foster a positive work environment. Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback. Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate goal-setting sessions with employees and managers.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook as needed. Ensure that HR policies are communicated effectively to all employees and consistently enforced.
Employee Relations: Serve as a mediator in resolving conflicts and disputes between employees or between employees and management.
Promote a culture of open communication and mutual respect in the workplace.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, and other relevant information. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review as required.
