Job Title: Head of Human Resources (Construction Industry)

Location: Palghar, MAHARASHTRA
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 7–10 years (Textile Industry preferred)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 07–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Mandatory experience in theTextile Industry preferred .
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and complex HR challenges in a fast-paced environment.
