Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and growth plans.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles including sales, marketing, project management, site staff, and corporate positions.
  • Performance Management: Design and execute performance appraisal systems, KPI setting, and employee evaluation processes.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, plan skill enhancement programs, and promote employee growth initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain a positive work environment, handle grievances, and ensure transparent communication between management and staff.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.), and HR audits.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary structures, incentives, and retention strategies to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • HR Analytics: Generate and analyze HR reports (attrition, manpower planning, etc.) for management decision-making.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role within the real estate or construction sector.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
