Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and onboarding for all departments (Sales,Operations, Warehouse, Design, Accounts, etc.).
  • Create and update job descriptions, coordinate postings on job portals (WorkIndia, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn), and manage interview scheduling.
  • Handle joining formalities, ID creation, and employee file management (digital & physical).
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records through ERP / Google Sheets / biometric systems / PagarBook.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheets, verify payroll accuracy, and coordinate with Accounts for salary release.
  • Manage HR documentation — offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, bond agreements, confirmation, and exit formalities.
  • Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist management in monthly KRA/KPI performance reviews and appraisal cycles.
  • Plan and conduct employee engagement activities, team events, and festival celebrations.
  • Support compliance activities including PF, ESI, and labour law documentation with consultants.
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR records and sensitive company information.
  • Draft and implement HR policies, employee code of conduct, and training schedules.
  • Support management in ERP HR module updates, staff reports, and overall team coordination.
  • Coordinate social media handling for company pages (Navlik brand) and owner’s professional page — ensuring timely content posting, updates, and engagement in coordination with the design & marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA / M.Com / HR specialization preferred).
  • 2–5 years’ experience in HR management or generalist role (preferably in manufacturing, fashion, or e-commerce).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR documentation.
  • Knowledge of payroll process, PF/ESI compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Must be disciplined, reliable, and capable of managing HR functions independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
