1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Objective: Ensure timely hiring of qualified personnel to meet business needs.
  • Key Results:
  • Maintain average time-to-hire within defined limits.
  • Ensure candidate quality and retention (e.g., >90% retention within 6 months).
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.

2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement

  • Objective: Foster a positive employee experience and engagement culture.
  • Key Results:
  • Implement structured onboarding programs with feedback scores above target (e.g., >85% satisfaction).
  • Organize employee engagement activities quarterly.
  • Reduce early attrition (e.g., first-year turnover <10%).

3. Performance Management

  • Objective: Drive a performance-oriented culture aligned with organizational goals.
  • Key Results:
  • Ensure 100% completion of goal-setting and performance reviews on time.
  • Support managers in conducting effective feedback sessions.
  • Track performance improvement plans and their outcomes.
  • Identify high-potential employees for succession planning.

4. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Objective: Build employee capabilities and support career growth.
  • Key Results:
  • Develop annual training calendar aligned with business needs.
  • Achieve planned training hours per employee (e.g., 20 hours/year).
  • Measure and report training effectiveness (e.g., >80% satisfaction scores).

5. Compliance & HR Policy Management

  • Objective: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company HR policies.
  • Key Results:
  • Maintain 100% compliance with statutory and labor laws.
  • Update HR policies regularly and communicate changes effectively.
  • Conduct HR audits with zero major non-compliances.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Objective: Manage fair and competitive reward structures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹37,254.61 - ₹59,493.38 per month
