We are looking for HR Manager with 3–4 years of experience who possesses strong communication and management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Oversee HR operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Support the performance appraisal process and provide feedback to improve productivity.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in HR management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
