We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including campus hiring and lateral hiring.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to the IT environment.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and performance management systems.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal audits.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and talent gaps.
- Maintain HRIS systems and generate regular reports on HR metrics.
- Lead training and development programs focused on upskilling and career growth.
- Support organizational change and culture-building efforts.
Requirements and Skills:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/Tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment practices and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HR software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in mid-size or large IT firms.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, NIPM).
- Exposure to global HR practices and remote workforce management.
