We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including campus hiring and lateral hiring.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to the IT environment.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and performance management systems.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal audits.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and talent gaps.
  • Maintain HRIS systems and generate regular reports on HR metrics.
  • Lead training and development programs focused on upskilling and career growth.
  • Support organizational change and culture-building efforts.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/Tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment practices and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with HR software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in mid-size or large IT firms.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, NIPM).
  • Exposure to global HR practices and remote workforce management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
