Key Responsibilities:

✅ HR Operations

  • Manage monthly payroll & attendance with high accuracy and zero major errors.
  • Share payroll data with Accounts Team strictly as per timelines
  • Resolve employee grievances within 48 hours.
  • Conduct monthly employee feedback sessions
  • Ensure 100% filing & documentation completion every month.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events end-to-end.

✅ Talent Acquisition

  • Close all open positions within 14 days per block of 10 vacancies.
  • Hire within budget and achieve cost savings wherever possible.
  • Maintain quality hiring ratio
  • Build and manage partnerships with universities, sports institutes, and training academies.
  • Propose and support implementation of innovative employee retention initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, HRMS & documentation
  • High-volume recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to handle deadlines and multitask
  • Problem-solving and people-centric approach

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred) or Bachelor's degree with strong HR experience
  • 4–7 years of experience in HR Operations + Recruitment
  • Experience in education/sports/training industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
