Position Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all Human Resource strategies, systems, and policies across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or industrial background, combined with a master’s degree in HR, enabling strong collaboration between the HR function and technical/manufacturing operations.
The role requires strategic HR planning, analytical thinking, and proficiency in automated HR reporting and MIS systems to drive organizational effectiveness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Management
- Formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and manpower planning.
- Partner with top management to design HR initiatives supporting production, sales, and project goals.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, plant, and project roles.
- Coordinate manpower forecasting with Production and Project departments.
- Conduct structured onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
3. Performance & Talent Management
- Develop and monitor KPIs and KRAs for all departments.
- Conduct probation reviews, appraisals, and competency gap analyses.
- Create and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and training calendars.
4. HR Analytics & MIS Reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards and generate automated MIS reports (Recruitment, Attendance, Training, Attrition, Productivity, etc.).
- Analyze workforce data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Use HR analytics tools and Excel-based or Zoho/Google Sheet automation systems for reporting accuracy.
5. Policy & Compliance Management
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, etc.).
- Review and update company policies and code of conduct as per industry best practices.
- Support internal and external HR audits and documentation.
6. Industrial Relations & Employee Welfare
- Maintain harmonious relations between management and workforce at the manufacturing plant.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness and documentation.
- Drive 5S, 5W1H, ISO, and safety culture initiatives in collaboration with Plant HR and Safety Teams.
7. HR Automation & System Development
- Implement HRMS systems and digital HR tools for attendance, payroll, and performance management.
- Ensure data accuracy and analytics-based decision-making in HR processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in HR, preferably within Mechanical / Engineering / Manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on exposure to factory HR, compliance, recruitment, and data-driven HR analytics.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of mechanical/manufacturing industry operations.
- Expertise in HR Analytics, KPI-based performance systems, and HR Dashboards.
- Proficiency in Excel Automation / Zoho / Power BI / Google Workspace for MIS reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of Labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
