Key Responsibilities

• Travel to various locations to conduct recruitment activities and represent the organization at job fairs and hiring events.
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports to ensure accurate and timely information management.
• Visit colleges and universities for campus recruitment drives and talent acquisition initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
