HR Manager

• Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer/negotiation stage.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and manage effective onboarding programs for new hires and ensure a professional, compliant process for employee departures.
• Performance Management: Oversee and manage the company's performance appraisal system, providing guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

Pay: ₹10,151.08 - ₹37,008.13 per month
