The HR Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all human resources operations within the organization. This role manages recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager works to maintain a positive work environment, improve employee performance, and ensure smooth HR functioning aligned with company goals.
