HR Manager

The HR manager will be responsible for day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Manager to join our team at Blue City Designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, on-boarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records
• Support grievance handling and employee engagement activities
• Assist in compliance and statutory documentation
• Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements

Requirements:

• Preferred Male candidate only
• Knowledge of HR operations and MS Office.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (preferably in handicraft/furniture manufacturing)
• Local candidate from Jodhpur only
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Education
• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
