Company Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of HR frameworks, employee lifecycle, and local labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in CHRP is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all core HR functions across the organization.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, employee activities, and training programs to enhance workplace engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, banking matters, and medical-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HRIS data.
  • Assist in managing compensation, benefits, and monthly payroll coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
