Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HR frameworks, employee lifecycle, and local labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in CHRP is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all core HR functions across the organization.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, employee activities, and training programs to enhance workplace engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, banking matters, and medical-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HRIS data.
- Assist in managing compensation, benefits, and monthly payroll coordination.
