HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources at our clinic. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, compliance, staff coordination, and vendor management while ensuring adherence to NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment using portals like Indeed & Docthub
• Employee lifecycle management – from hiring to exit
• Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination (including PF, ESI, PT)
• Daily rounds for cleanliness, staff presence, and OT monitoring
• Duty roster preparation and shift planning
• Ensure NABH documentation & POSH training
• Grievance handling, disciplinary measures & vendor coordination
• Support review meetings, clinic events, and emergency reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s in HR or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience
• 1 year of core experience in Health care is a must
• Proficiency in HR software
• Strong communication, organizational, and people management skills
