This role is for our Last Mile Delivery business (Tawseel Delivery Services) at Sharjah, where the role will involve managing a large team of delivery riders (blue collar workforce), along with operations and support staff.

Role Summary

As the role involves working with Last mile delivery riders and blue collared staff, we

are looking for a hands on person who has managed operations in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, delivery services, or similar blue collar heavy environments.

The right candidate should be confident, calm and composed under pressure and should be having the attitude to take quick decisions to solve issues at the earliest with minimal supervision. This is a fast paced and high pressure role that requires strong execution skills and people management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Manage full HR and admin functions for our Last Mile Delivery business in Sharjah.
  • ⁠ ⁠Lead a team of 6+ (HR executives, recruiters, PRO, admin staff).
  • ⁠ ⁠Handle recruitment and onboarding for blue collar staff (primarily delivery riders).
  • ⁠ ⁠Oversee payroll, attendance, leaves, and employee relations.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, visa processes, and documentation.
  • ⁠ ⁠Manage general administration including office and staff accommodation.
  • ⁠ ⁠Support HR needs for other group businesses with limited day-to-day involvement.
  • ⁠ ⁠Report directly to the Regional CEO and take full ownership of the HR function.

Requirements

  • ⁠ ⁠Minimum 8 to 10 years of Operations experience, with at least 5 years in companies that manage large blue collar teams (e.g. logistics, last mile delivery, transportation)
  • ⁠ ⁠Capablities in blue collar workforce management.
  • ⁠ ⁠Hands on experience in high volume hiring and employee lifecycle processes.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast paced setup.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Must be fluent in English and Hindi, essential to manage blue collar workforce.
  • ⁠ ⁠Familiar with HR systems and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
