We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and support our growing operations in the gas industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance development, training, and compliance with labor and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that support company objectives.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for technical, field, and office roles.
  • Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Identify training needs and organize development programs.
  • Support safety and wellness initiatives in collaboration with HSE teams.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the gas, oil, or energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
