To manage all aspects of human resources and administrative functions for the company, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and support for project-based manpower requirements typical in the MEP industry.

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative activities of the head office and project sites.
  • Manage office assets, company vehicles, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Ensure proper documentation and control of company records and correspondence.
  • Supervise support staff including drivers, clerks, and office assistants.
  • Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, insurances, and company registrations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company objectives and UAE labor law.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical, engineering, and site staff (local and overseas).
  • Handle onboarding, orientation, and deployment of staff to project sites.
  • Monitor employee performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and payroll information.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and recommend salary reviews or promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
