Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Hybrid in Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable HR Manager who can independently manage the entire HR function for SGP India. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role that requires strong ownership, maturity, and the ability to engage with senior management across our portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable handling end-to-end HR operations without day-to-day supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

· Manage complete employee lifecycle: on boarding, induction, confirmation, performance reviews, and exit processes.

· Maintain and update HR policies, processes, and documentation.

· Handle employee records, HRMS updates, and ensure data accuracy.

2. Talent Acquisition & Resource Planning

· Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across portfolio companies.

· Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closures.

· Build strong talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

· Drive engagement initiatives, wellness programs, team activities, and HR interventions.

· Support leadership in fostering an inclusive, innovative, and performance-driven culture.

4. Senior Management Collaboration

· Regular interaction with senior leaders across SGP’s portfolio companies.

· Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership teams.

· Provide insights and recommendations on people strategy, talent planning, and organizational development.

5. Compliance, Payroll & Administration

· Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.

· Ensure HR practices align with India’s legal requirements.

· Handle grievance redressal and ensure employee satisfaction.

6. Performance Management & Development

· Lead annual and quarterly performance review cycles.

· Identify training needs and work with leadership on capability-building initiatives.

· Support career development and retention strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5–10 years of strong HR management experience, preferably in IT/Technology-driven organizations.

· Ability to handle HR independently with minimal supervision.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leaders.

· Experience managing remote or hybrid teams is a plus.

· Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, HR best practices, and HRMS systems.

· High ownership mind-set, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving capability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
