Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Manage performance evaluations and assist in setting KPIs.
- Ensure a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management on HR strategy, training, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of HR data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software tools.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
