Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Manage performance evaluations and assist in setting KPIs.
  • Ensure a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with management on HR strategy, training, and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of HR data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and employee engagement practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
