About the Role:
We’re hiring a HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR strategies and operations and support people practices. This is a high-ownership, generalist role suited for professionals who can independently drive core HR processes, ensure compliance, and partner with business stakeholders to enable performance and retention. Experience in handling multi-region HR operations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in multiple countries to understand hiring needs and evolving team structures
- Coordinate end-to-end hiring by working with business heads and recruitment partners
- Oversee interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and smooth onboarding processes
Performance, Development, and HR Partnering
- Act as an HR partner by aligning talent strategies with business needs
- Implement performance review cycles, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms in coordination with business heads.
- Liaise with business leaders to identify talent gaps and accordingly curate training needs.
- Support the design of learning & development programs (by partnering with external consultants)
- Maintain performance documentation and ensure clarity and consistency in appraisal processes
Employee Relations and Retention
- Act as the point of contact for HR queries and employee support across regions
- Foster a positive employee experience through effective communication and relationship management
- Identify attrition risks and support proactive retention measures
HR Operations and Compliance
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, policy implementation, and exit formalities
- Oversee employment contracts, visa renewals, insurance, and compliance documentation for the multi regional teams
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure accuracy for both local and expat employees
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Cross-Border HR Coordination
- Liaise with local HR/admin partners in various regions to align operational processes
- Support travel, relocation, and assignment logistics for cross-border teams
- Ensure consistency in employee experience and HR practices across geographies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to both operational and people-focused responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of labour law, payroll, and HR documentation practices
- Prior exposure in cross-border team management is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and partner with business functions across locations
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
