Key Responsibilities:*

1. Recruitment and Hiring: Manage talent acquisition, interviews, and onboarding.

2. Employee Engagement: Foster positive work culture, motivation, and retention.

3. Performance Management: Develop performance metrics, evaluations, and improvement plans.

4. Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits, salaries, and incentives.

5. Training and Development: Design and implement training programs.

6. Employee Relations: Handle conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

7. Compliance and Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

8. Talent Management: Identify and develop future leaders.

9. Organizational Development: Drive change management and process improvements.

10. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of HR experience.

2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

3. Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

4. Analytical and data-driven approach.

5. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Total Work: 3 years (Preferred)
