We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to become a key part of our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and various people-focused initiatives that contribute to the organization’s overall growth.

Primary Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and final selection.
  • Prepare offer letters and ensure new hires have a smooth and well-structured onboarding experience.

Employee Relations

  • Manage day-to-day employee concerns and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
  • Oversee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and the grievance handling process.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal guidelines.

Documentation & Records Management

  • Keep employee records updated, including personal files, attendance, leave data, and benefits information.
  • Maintain systematic and accurate HR documentation.

Performance Management & Compensation

  • Support the performance appraisal cycle and ensure timely evaluations.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, compensation management, and employee benefits.

Training & Development

  • Organize and execute learning and development sessions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

HR Engagement & Initiatives

  • Contribute to employee engagement programs, cultural activities, and other HR-driven initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of HR experience in the IT sector
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Solid understanding of labor regulations and HR best practices
