HR Manager – Siafa Dates (Premium Middle Eastern Brand)

Location - Mumbai Central

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations across our stores and corporate team. If you’re people-focused, organized, and love creating a positive workplace, this role is for you!

What you’ll handle:

• End-to-end hiring & onboarding
• Attendance, payroll coordination & compliance
• Employee relations & grievance handling
• HR policies, documentation & performance support
• Store HR operations & engagement activities

What you bring:

• 2-5 years of HR generalist experience
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Knowledge of payroll, labor laws & HRMS
• Energetic, proactive, and people-centric approach
