  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Oversee leave and attendance management, track employee absences, and generate monthly payroll and WPS reports.
  • Manage the full employee visa and renewal process in coordination with PRO and government portals.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and updated HR records, including employee files and HR databases.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and employee training programs to enhance engagement and development.
  • Support management in resolving employee conflicts and grievances, promoting a healthy and positive work environment.
  • Respond to employee queries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labor and immigration regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or contracting sector within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS payroll procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
