- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding.
- Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Oversee leave and attendance management, track employee absences, and generate monthly payroll and WPS reports.
- Manage the full employee visa and renewal process in coordination with PRO and government portals.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and updated HR records, including employee files and HR databases.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and employee training programs to enhance engagement and development.
- Support management in resolving employee conflicts and grievances, promoting a healthy and positive work environment.
- Respond to employee queries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or contracting sector within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS payroll procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
