Role: HR Executive

Location: Remote (Office option available)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month

• Communicates clearly & handles operations responsibly

Responsibilities

• End-to-end hiring for multiple roles
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with the founder
• Creating hiring systems & processes
• Maintaining recruitment data
• Building a strong and reliable internal team
• Taking full ownership of HR operations

Growth Path

This role can grow into:

• Senior HR
• HR Manager
• Head of HR

depending on performance and experience (especially 5+ years).
