  • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.
  • HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
