Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Ensure statutory and labour law compliance for the manufacturing plant.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee time-office activities, shift planning, and manpower management.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Manage training needs, L&D activities, and skill-development programs.
• Work closely with plant leadership to support productivity and workforce planning.
• Maintain MIS reports and support internal/external HR audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
